Privacy is a value that Fondazione Pirelli, acting as data controller, recognizes and respects. Before providing us with your personal data (the provision of which is voluntary), please read this notice regarding how we will use them.<\/p>\n

We will use your personal data to respond to your requests for information sent to the email address indicated in the section \u201cYOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS\u201d.<\/p>\n

Where you have provided your consent, your personal data will be used to enable us to send you, including by e-mail, communications relating to initiatives and conferences organized by Fondazione Pirelli.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, subject to your consent, our marketing e-mails will contain small invisible images called \u201ctracking pixels\u201d (\u201cTracking Pixels\u201d<\/strong>), which allow us to collect information regarding your interaction with the communication. Tracking Pixels enable us to determine, for example, whether an e-mail has been opened, the date and time it was viewed, the IP address used and the type of device. You may withdraw your consent at any time, including solely with respect to Tracking Pixels while continuing to receive our e-mails, by using the link at the bottom of each e-mail or by writing to info@fondazionepirelli.org<\/a>. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect processing already carried out.<\/p>\n

RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong>
\nWe will retain your personal data:<\/p>\n

(i) where you have submitted requests for information to the public contact e-mail addresses, available on the Fondazione Pirelli website (info@fondazionepirelli.org<\/a>, or visite@fondazionepirelli.org<\/a>, orscuole@fondazionepirelli.org<\/a>, oruniversit\u00e0@fondazionepirelli.org<\/a>), for a period of 1 (one) year from our last communication; (ii) where you have consented to receive communications relating to initiatives\/conferences organized by Fondazione Pirelli, for a period of 3 (three) years from the date your consent was collected, unless you request otherwise.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, if within the period referred to in paragraph (ii) you perform actions on one of the websites or apps of Fondazione Pirelli or Pirelli group companies (including, by way of example and without limitation, registration for promotions or events, requests for new services, and responses to surveys), demonstrating your interest in maintaining a relationship with Fondazione Pirelli and\/or Pirelli group companies in relation to the products and\/or services of Fondazione Pirelli and\/or Pirelli group companies, we will retain your Personal Data for an additional 3 years from the date such actions are recorded, without however sending communications regarding initiatives\/conferences organized by Fondazione Pirelli in the absence of your specific consent.<\/p>\n

Upon expiry of the above retention periods, your Personal Data will be archived and retained, where necessary, for the period required by applicable law.<\/p>\n

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS<\/strong>
