Now in its <strong>14th edition<\/strong>, the programme is organised in collaboration with the <strong>Cineteca di Bologna<\/strong>. Citizenship is an intricate weave of rights and duties that binds us all to our own community, so <strong><em>Cittadine!<\/em> <\/strong>will explore not only key moments in the history of women but also, from distinctive viewpoints, the story of the Italian people as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>Marking the <strong>eightieth anniversary of the institutional referendum and the election of the Constituent Assembly<\/strong> \u2013 the moment when all Italian women were able to vote for the first time \u2013 the course this year reflects on issues that remain pressing even today. How visible and influential have women been in reshaping the nation\u2019s institutions? What roles have they played, and to what extent have they been recognised, in the business world? What languages and inflections have given voice to women within Italian publishing? The programme will also consider how changes in domestic work have created new spaces for redefining female identity, and how the war, despite the immense suffering it brought, became a catalyst for awareness and leadership.<\/p>\n<p>The course consists of <strong>six online sessions and an in-person visit to the Pirelli Foundation<\/strong>. Five history lectures will be complemented by a session at the Cineteca di Bologna, which will choose a series of films.<br \/>\nSessions are scheduled from <strong>4 p.m. to 6 p.m.<\/strong> on the following dates:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 23 February \u2013 <\/strong>1st online session<br \/>\n<strong>Monday 2 March \u2013 <\/strong>2nd online session<br \/>\n<strong>Thursday 12 March \u2013 <\/strong>3rd online lesson<br \/>\n<strong>Monday 16 March \u2013 <\/strong>4th online session<br \/>\n<strong>Monday 23 March \u2013 <\/strong>5th online session<br \/>\n<strong>Thursday 26 March<\/strong> \u2013 Visit to the Pirelli Foundation<br \/>\n<strong>Monday 30 March \u2013 <\/strong>6th online session<\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/wpsite-assets.fondazionepirelli.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/20143043\/FP_EDU_2026_programma_breve_3.pdf\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a> to see the full programme.<br \/>\nRegistration for the course is free but required.
