Curated by <strong>Francesca Molteni<\/strong>, the show retraces the history of Italian industry in 50 objects + 1 (the fifty-first being the flying shuttle, invented in 1733, and a symbol of the Industrial Revolution), chosen from the collections of the archives and museums associated with Museimpresa.<\/p>\n<p>The objects include the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondazionepirelli.org\/archivio-storico\/disegni-e-manifesti\/search\/result.html?query=Cinturato&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Pirelli Cinturato<\/strong><\/a>, the tyre created in <strong>1952<\/strong> after years of research and studies, the first with a radial carcass, <strong>termed \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondazionepirelli.org\/archivio-storico\/audiovisivi\/detail\/IT-PIRELLI-AV0001-000051\/pirelli-n-5.html?jsonVal={%22jsonVal%22:{%22query%22:%22Fangio%22,%22startDate%22:%22%22,%22endDate%22:%22%22,%22fieldDate%22:%22dataNormal%22,%22_perPage%22:20}}&amp;attachmentMisc=undefined&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">extraordinario!<\/a>\u201d by the famous Argentine driver Juan Manuel Fangio in 1965<\/strong>. The Cinturato helped revolutionise the automotive world and the way we travel. It was an Icon of the \u201cItaly on the move\u201d of the 1960s, and the focus of the most famous advertising campaigns by artists such as <strong>Bob Noorda, Riccardo Manzi, and Pino Tovaglia<\/strong>.
