The theme of the events promoted by Confindustria this year is <strong>\u201cPeople at the heart of sustainable development: The spirit of mindful enterprise\u201d<\/strong>. The ambitious programme of events will lead to the discovery of the cultural heritage preserved by museums and the archives of large, small and medium-sized companies.<\/p>\n<p>The focus of this edition is on the <strong>human factor <\/strong>and <strong>new development models<\/strong>, which are key to reflecting on Industry 5.0, a production model that adopts a sustainable approach and fosters a collaborative bond between man and machine.<\/p>\n<p>Once again, the Pirelli Foundation will be present with initiatives that promote the company\u2019s core values. These include its multi-disciplinary culture, its focus on people, and environmental and social sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>The 2023 Business Culture Week will provide an opportunity to present to the public the <strong>short film <em>WE ARE<\/em><\/strong> in the enchanting setting of the Pirelli Auditorium in Milano Bicocca. The film, which is a Pirelli Foundation project produced by <strong>Muse Factory of Projects<\/strong>, made its national debut in September at the Visioni dal Mondo festival. Curated by Francesca Molteni and written and directed by Mattia Colombo and Davide Fois, the film masterfully weaves a narrative in images, drawing inspiration from Bertolt Brecht\u2019s <em>The Life of Galileo<\/em>. It takes us through various aspect of corporate culture, including theatre, music, art, research, and innovation, highlighting the fundamental combination of artistic and scientific creativity that has always defined Pirelli\u2019s corporate identity, on a journey through places, faces, memory and future.<\/p>\n<p>After the screening, attendees will be accompanied on guided tours of the company\u2019s headquarters and of the Pirelli Foundation. This will include the exhibition, <strong><em>When History Builds The Future <\/em><\/strong>and the new display, entitled <strong><em>Beyond the Circuits:<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>Formula One and The Tyres that Revolutionised Its History<\/em><\/strong>, devoted to the company\u2019s history in F1 and to the development of products designed for racing.<\/p><p>The date will be <strong>Sunday 12 November<\/strong>, with <strong>6 screening and guided tour sessions<\/strong> lasting about 60 minutes, <strong>starting at 10 and 11 a.m., 12 noon, and 3, 4 and 5 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Admission is <strong>free<\/strong>, subject to <strong>booking<\/strong>, while places last. Sign up for the courses <u>here<\/u>.<\/p><p>As part of its commitment to <strong>teaching<\/strong> and to promoting <strong>reading<\/strong> among the young, on <strong>Thursday 23 November 2023<\/strong>, at <strong>11 a.m.<\/strong>, the Pirelli Foundation is organising the 2023 edition of \u201cParole in viaggio. Un gioco che inizia dalla scuola\u201d (\u201cWords on the Move: A Game that Starts at School\u201d), a meeting on the world of children\u2019s books, at the Pirelli Headquarters. Students aged between 10 and 14 will find out about the educational role of literature in all its forms and they will be able to talk with <strong>Nicola Cinquetti<\/strong> and <strong>Davide Rigiani<\/strong>, winners of the Premio Campiello Junior 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Admission is <strong>free<\/strong>, subject to <strong>booking<\/strong>.
