Books, dolls, rabbits, teddy bears. A little girl with a dark bob scans the shelf and finally finds her trusty, soft plush fox. She has to take it to school, to present it to her classmates as \u201cthe most precious thing\u201d she has. On the way back, however, something changes the little girl\u2019s day: a fox complete with pelt and fur kidnaps her stuffed friend. Helped by a schoolmate, she begins a chase through the forest, which gradually becomes more and more magical, through dark paths and fantastic clearings. Here, they discover a village inhabited by animals of all kinds but\u2026 where has that little thief gone? <\/p>\n

Stephanie Graegin doesn\u2019t need words to understand and communicate the strong bond between the main character of this delicate silent book and her fox companion, who has brought more peace to her sleep and fun to her games since the first months of her life.
\nPiccola Volpe nel bosco magico (Little Fox in the Forest) addresses the theme of growth common to all children in the form of a modern fairy tale, marking the main points in the silent narrative through a skilful use of colour. The initial cold colours chosen for the illustrations are, progressively, as we proceed in the chase and into the unexpected and magical situations, joined by many other colours, opening towards a bright, colourful path in the forest.
\nIn its simplicity, the surprising and unexpected ending will celebrate kindness, the beauty of giving and altruism. The main character\u2019s journey is none other than our own journey towards the other.
\nIt\u2019s a sweet, delicate illustrated book for all ages, from 3 to 99 years old.<\/p>
