As children, we all wondered what we would be when we grew up. Some knew exactly what they wanted and pursued their dream without hesitation, while others changed their minds all the time, exploring every possibility the future seemed to offer. What few of us realised, though, is that there are also odd and unusual jobs out there. Jobs like the sock matcher, who reunites missing socks, the defence avocado, an expert in settling disputes between fruit and vegetables, or the cloud trimmer, who spends the day flying in his plane and checking the thickness of the clouds.
