Innovation, Sustainability and Promotion of the Territory

Pescara is home to the first Italian school to choose CYCL-e around, Pirelli’s e-bike rental, prompting a reflection on the themes of travel and sustainable mobility. Through the use of this easy, safe and zero-impact means of transport, the Istituto Volta has decided to join the micro-mobility project for schools organised by Pirelli.

In January 2021, in two meetings devoted to digital projects and to the promotion of the territory, the Pirelli Foundation worked with a group of young people from the institute to provide all the knowledge and tools they needed.
