Festivaletteratura 2023

The 27th edition of Mantua’s Festivaletteratura literature festival will be held from Wednesday 6 to Sunday 10 September. The festival is one of Italy’s most important cultural occasions, each year lending expression to our times through the voices of writers, men and women from all over the world, filling the beautiful Renaissance city with events, meetings with authors, readings and shows. The 2023 edition proposes the overturning of literary standards, driven by genres, citizenships and categories of belonging that are being redefined, and an unprecedented alliance with the arts, to lend greater force to the words and take them out among the people.
