11th Festival of Educational Robotics

Over the years, Pirelli’s desire to raise the level of scientific and technical culture among the younger generations has led to many activities, as well as to partnerships with other institutions. One example is Amico Robot, a project sponsored by the Department of Human Sciences for Education of the University of Milano-Bicocca and put on at the XI Festival della Robotica Educativa. In two training sessions, held on 17 and 19 May 2017, the Pirelli Foundation helped students aged 13 to 18 gain a greater understanding of the world of robotics, bringing them into contact with Pirelli automation experts and showing them the innovations introduced by the company in the world of tyre production.
