    A Child, a Cat and a Dog

Andrej is an orphaned child who is sold by his uncle to beg on the streets of Trieste, from which he manages to escape however, to head to Turin. Ettore is a dog who lives happily in Schiavonea, on the Calabrian sea, with his owner Rosario, but is kidnapped by two boys for a bet and then abandoned. Snow White is a little cat who was separated from her family. The three main characters of Angelo Petrosino’s book are three strays who meet on the streets of the Piedmontese capital and together face the dangers and challenges they find on their path. To survive, their friendship and solidarity will be fundamental, but also the smiles and kindness of unknown people who will come to their aid. An adventure for kids that teaches them to have self-confidence and face obstacles without fear, told elegantly and simply and embellished by Sara Not’s fun illustrations.
