The 77th edition of the Premio Strega literary prize ended on 6 July. Writer Ada D’Adamo won the award posthumously with her novel Come d’aria (Like Air), published by Elliot. Alfredo Favi, Loretta Santini and Elena Stancanelli, husband, publisher and friend of the author respectively, were there to receive the prize for her after she passed away on 1 April. The evening was broadcast live on Rai 3 and presented by Geppi Cucciari.
