    Premio Strega 2025

The five finalists of the 79th edition of the Premio Strega were announced at the Teatro Romano in Benevento on Wednesday 4 June. In keeping with tradition, the selected authors will take part in the Strega Tour: more than 30 stops across Italy, plus one abroad, leading up to the final evening on Thursday 3 July. The event will take place in the garden of the Museo Nazionale Etrusco di Villa Giulia and will be broadcast live on Rai 3. This year’s five finalist titles are: L’anniversario, by Andrea Bajani (published by Feltrinelli) Chiudo la porta e urlo, by Paolo Nori (published by Mondadori) Perduto è questo mare, by Elisabetta Rasy (published by Rizzoli) Inventario di quel che resta dopo che la foresta brucia, by Michele Ruol, (published by TerraRossa) Quello che so di te, by Nadia Terranova (published by Guanda)
