Open Archives 2019:
Photo Bike Tour “Scatta la Bicocca”

"Scatta la Bicocca" - Bike Tour

The Bicocca district has become a “knowledge factory”, with the Pirelli Headquarters that incorporates the former cooling tower and the company’s Research and Development department – as well as the University of Milano-Bicocca.

For the “Archivi Aperti” (Open Archives) project promoted by Rete Fotografia, the Pirelli Foundation is putting on “Scatta la Bicocca” (“Snap Bicocca”), an e-bike tour with CYCL-e around™ pedal-assist bikes to find out about this urban transformation, which is one of the most interesting in the cityA visit to our Historical Archive will make it possible to reconstruct these changes by looking through its photographic documents, in which the participants will be able to see how the new district has taken shape.
